URLs with an “?” won’t replace :-(

Unfortunately it does not work to replace an url with a new url which has a “?” in its URL. While other plugins just cut off everything after the first “?” including the “?” too, this plugin doesnt replace anything then and all old urls stay the same in my posts and pages although it was seemingly successful.
