URLs with a permanent redirect

    Hello,

    When I run my WordPress website through SEMRush, the audit returns with a notice saying my site has “23 URLs with a permanent redirect”. I have the 301 redirects plugin installed but have only added two urls to this. Can you please assist so I can have these notices removed?

    Hi,

    While I can’t comment on anything coming from 3rd party services we don’t control, what I can definitely tell you is that if you have 2 redirect rules set in our plugin, then it’s definitely only 2 redirects. They don’t spawn on their own ??
    Could there be other redirects on your site? Sure. Any number of plugins create redirects including many SEO ones. There are also redirects done automatically by WordPress in some cases and there could be redirects coming from your .htaccess file. But, again, if you have two rules set in our plugin, they are definitely only doing 2 redirects ??
