URLs Showing up in Comments Section – Help!

    Hi folks,

    Every time I put a link/image into a comment a portion of that url appears at the beginning of the comment. If I put 2 links in then it does it twice and so on. You can see an example of what I mean here.

    Editing and erasing does no good. They just come back again. Anyone got a solution?

    Does anyone out there have a solution for this? It continues to be really, really annoying.

    I saw this post last month and looked.

    I cant answer it, not without knowing whats inside your comments template and what plugins you are running that might be affecting that output.

    Thats probably why no-one else has tried also. Might want to try adding a little more info.

    Sorry, you did!

    Your mention of plugins helped solve the mystery. The troublesome one has been disabled and all is now well.
