URL's not working after installation

I have recently switched my wordpress.com blog over to www.remarpro.com, and had a very difficult transition (I believe my images were to large). I’m still sorting it all out, but one of the main issues is that the url’s are not working.

My main site is up: https://www.kitchen-chronicles.com (I’m using the same domain as I did before).

However, any links to direct posts do not work. This has essentially cut off the traffic flow to my blog. Example: https://kitchen-chronicles.com/2012/05/15/cookie-dough-oatmeal/. I receive a Page 404, Page not found error.
