URLs not rewritten for files in plugins directory

I am trying to use W3TC for its CDN support, and it’s working well except that it’s not rewriting urls for any of the js or css files in the wp-content/plugins directory. Those are set in the Custom files section (eg. {plugins_dir/*.js} ) How can I fix this?
