Suwash there are many sites I see using yoast and they have full urls in search results.. why is that?

It’s up to Google if they decide to show it as such (or if they decide to use the full path URL). You can learn more about it here — https://yoast.com/breadcrumbs-seo/

These (without full URL) are shown because the Yoast SEO plugin inserts the necessary code for them to be shown. They are actually an enhancement to your search results, do not affect your site ranking, and can let your users (and Google) understand the structure of your site content.

Google adjusts the breadcrumbs to appear in Google search results, and you can take advantage of this. Breadcrumbs in search results give users an easy-to-understand overview of where the page sits on your site. The Yoast SEO plugin automatically adds the necessary structured data for these breadcrumbs.

What is this in yoast setting?

Taxonomy to show in breadcrumbs for content types

Posts -> None ? is this something causing it?

@themelocation This setting is for if you have a taxonomy associated with your post type, you can add the post’s category to the breadcrumbs also.
