Urls changed after upgrade to WordPress 4.5.1 running Base theme.

I upgraded last week then began noticing that my urls have changed with the addition of “/contact/” after our website address (see below).
BEFORE: https://www.1roofhousing.org/programs-services/repair-remodel/manufactured-home-loan-program/
How do I get back to what I had originally.
