urls are wrong with custom permalinks

i have a custom permalink structure like this https://domain.com/blog/ and bitly use the post permalink https://domain.me/com/%postname%/ instead of https://domain.me/com/my-first-post.
Maybe the plugin can’t solve the permalink.
