URL validation failed. Error code: 403. Forbidden.

    I am testing this on my development site:

    I get this error:

    URL validation failed. Error code: 403. Forbidden.

    The dev site is IP protected directory, so I presume that is the reason for this error. is there a way round this so i can test before installing on my live site, thanks.
