    Hi @wayne_min,
    Thanks for your message.

    There’s lots of reason this might happen but not anything to do with BNFW. E.g.

    1. Analytics tracking on your website that replaces original URLs with trackable URLs.
    2. Your email client doing something to the links.
    3. A hacked website.

    Are you able to rule out all of the above? If you’re still having trouble, it might be worth making your way through this document and let me know how you get on?
