URL to profile of a member who is NOT an author

On my WordPress site, registered (paid) members do not post.

I would like to construct a directory that lists all the members with a public URL to their WP profile. How does one find this URL?

Again, these people do not post content, so there’s no archive of their contributions, and therefore, no way to find their names. I simply want to have a member directory with links to each member’s personal profile.

Is there such a thing?

All my searches have been close, but the solution still evades me. Thanks for any suggestions. I’ve looked at several different plugins, but it seems the profile pages are all related to user contributions, of which there are none on my site.
