URL target doesn't work

Can you please describe the specifics of where you’re using and setting the URL target?

Is it a shortcode or widget?

Have you tried resetting options per the FAQ?

Hi Michael,

I am using this shortcode on a page:
[testimonials target="_new"]

And yes, I already reset the options. I also tried other strings like “new”, “blank”, “_blank”, etcetera.
