URL Stuff Up

Made a stoopid error and changed the WordPress URL in general settings to a page which isn’t my home page
Now the WordPress URL is https://www.shapingthespace.net/2009, and the blog is
https://www.shapingthespace.netSo when I try to log in to wp-admin to change it…it can’t find the page.
Help!
