Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. First, make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed on your website, version 2.9. Then go to Instagram Feed > Customize > Make sure Favor Local Images is enabled then click the Reset Resized Images and Clear Backup Cache buttons. This should help with the errors which are likely related to an API change back in October 2020.
