Since the upgrade to 4.2.2, my urls are auto shortening. I don’t have a plugin installed to do this; I usually shorten myself. This is causing my images selected under SEO by Yoast to be dropped and I get my header image, or something totally unrelated from my sidebar as the image showing up on social media. Can you help me here?

Hello Jackie, and I’m sorry. That url should have been provided before. It is https://sherreymeyer.com. Thanks!

Well, Sherrey, you’ve got a shipload of plugins running, so it’s really hard to know, but JetPack does have url-shortening capabilities. Are those perchance enabled?

I know my ship is overloaded right now with plugins and I need to swab the deck for sure! But I’m finishing a book and no can do until done.

As for Jetpack, I checked and the url shortener there begins with wp.me; the urls I’m getting start with #sthash. At any rate, I disabled the shortener in Jetpack for the time being.

Well, that information, I think, is what was required to solve your dilemma, Sherrey. Please see:

    Gl w/your new book.

Reset options in ShareThis settings. Don’t know how (don’t ask me how!) the CopyNShare options were enabled. Now disabled. I think we’re good on this end, thanks to you!

If it’s all good, now, Sherrey, could you please be so kind as to mark the topic resolved?

Good luck w/your endeavors. Glad to have helped.
