URL Rewrite Problem

I’ve just noticed that I have a problem with one page on my site with this plugin activated if I’m logged in and the admin toolbar is enabled. I get a 404 error when submitting a form (this form is built just using php code with the ‘Insert_Php’ plugin) and the page I’m trying to hit with the form won’t come up. The page url works fine directly. It’s kind of odd because it’s only one of my forms and there are several others that work fine with the plugin enabled. And it’s also only with the Admin toolbar enabled – if I disable the toolbar in my profile, the form submission works fine. Since users aren’t allowed to use the toolbar anyway, I never heard about it or noticed it until now.
It isn’t really a serious problem for me – just thought I’d let you know. I’m not sure what you might to see in order to investigate further. It’s kind of an odd problem.
