URL replacing not working on many resources

It appears many resources are being cached on the CF CDN, but the plugin is not rewriting the URL’s.

My website is https://www.phatlads.com, and here is an example:

https://d2f94kt9opwk13.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/desktop.jpeg

But the URL still displays as on the website.

https://www.phatlads.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/desktop.jpeg

There are many other resources contained in includes / uploads that are not being cached.

I can only assume this is a bug and not by design as this previously worked OK – Am I missing some additional confirmation to include these DIR’s / resources in the CDN?

P.S running the latest version of the plugin.
