Url Redirect

  • I am having issues with the redirect. Normally, WP will cleverly redirect a user to the right page for example

    example.com/pagea > is entered in the address bar
    it will then find this page on the system and take the user example.com/eat/pagea

    At the moment my WP is not being clever like usual, how do I fix this?

  • Hi @nocrhg, can you provide more information about the issue?

    WordPress does not usually search for pages on the system, rather it identifies pages and posts using permalink structures and slugs. Maybe there is some issue with those?

    You can check the permalinks under Settings > Permalinks and see the slug for the pages by clicking the Quick Edit button that appears when you hover on a post from the Posts page.
