URL problem with “Edit Comment”

When I modify the comment in wp-admin platform using “Insert/Edit links(Alt-a)”, the system always add the link of the blog in front of the URL I input. E.g. if I input https://yahoo.com, the result will be https://myblog/”https://yahoo.com” in the outcome
