The plugin is very nice and functional but I have 2 problems:

1) URL. Use of custom post type. The url that is made up of your plugin and of the type: https://www.example.com/# and not https://www.example.com/cat/post_name#
Why?
P.S. Now I have solved the formation of the url due to a base url tag present in my header but the links do not work

2) ACF. I use two text fields. The first is the default one of wordpress (here your plugin works) but the second is an ACF text field. How do I make it clear that the summary must draw from both text fields?

ezTOC will only index the content stored within the WP the_content field. I have no plans on trying to make it compatible with every plugin which adds content to the page outside of the_content. It would be a never ending process. Sorry.

@melanino I have the same issue as you described in 1): https://www.example.com/# being used instead of https://www.example.com/cat/post_name#

Could you briefly explain your fix again? Which tag/url in the post’s html-head is being used as base-url? Ie what’s the “base url tag” you mentioned?

For anyone who might also run into this. It’s not a bug, it’s stupidity ^^. Look for a base-tag within your head. Remove <base href=”https://www.example.com/”> and then the toc-urls will work just fine.
