    here’s my situation:
things were set up with the blog as the home page. but i wanted a static home page. i’m not too familiar with all of this, but i muddled around and created a second page (following online help), and now the home page is static, and the blog is the blog.

BUT, doing this seemed to create a problem. now any posts or categories or archives in the sidebar don’t link to anything when they are followed. my guess is the url path is now messed up because the original design had the home page as the blog.

i have no clue how to fix this and have been searching online all week. i’m hoping someone can help me, as ask me what to check out. i planned to have this site up very soon – ha ha ha! thank you!

  • You didn’t include an example of the exact (not found) URL the sidebar links are pointing to, and what the actual URL of the page/post in question is. If you can post a URL and point out an example, that is best.
