Url paramaters

Not sure if this is a wordpress question or some other setting.
In my log of urls accessed by users, when submitting a form, sometimes the url of the thankyou page shows the paramaters of the form submitted and sometimes not.
With Paremeters:
https://www.domain.com.au/newsletter-optin/?awt_m=1n8qcNz&awt_email=namehere%40hotmail%.com%Without Paremeter:
https://www.domain.com.au/newsletter-optin/Where are the settings to determine if it shows paramters or not?
