URL on logo breaks size limit in Internet Explorer

When I have URL on my logos, the logo with of 200px does not apply anymore when viewing site in IE. It seems to respect the height, but not the width. Removing URL from logo fixed my problem for now. This only applies for IE.
Currently at version 1.7.1
IE version 11.0.9600.17691
