    hi

    the bot is very good but something so important is missing, how to add a url to a image ? i use the carousel in the chat but i would like to link the image when clicked

    how can i do that please .?

    i mean when i click on a image in wordpress, it redirect the website page to the image url i have set up

    example: in chatbot >> i click on image A with url https://www.s.com/u/ >> in website, the page refresh to page https://www.s.com/u/

    Hi Shoko.

    Only ‘Quick Reply’ picture choices have the ability to be linked to a URL.

    To get a Quick Reply picture choice, please:

    1) Drag the ‘Quick Reply’ button from the right hand panel into the center bot script panel
    2) Choose ‘Picture Carousel’
    3) Select ‘Visitor will be linked to the following URL’ and insert your URL
