Url on button form IS NOT working

I insert the following url inside a form https://www.centerserv.com/web/cart.php?a=add&pid=1
it always redirect to https://www.centerserv.com/web/cart.php?language=EnglishIt seem like it is ignoring the attributes ?a=add&pid=1
How to make sure the url is passing through correctly.
