Hi! Is there an easy way to include URL or title of the page the form was submitted from into the email sent?

No but it’s a good idea, will try to add something in a future update. In the meantime, the plugin does include referrer information in the email message, like:

    Meta Data:

    Date: November 4, 2022 @ 10:25 am
    Sent To: Jeff Starr
    Origin: Perishable Press
    Domain: https://perishablepress.com
    Referrer: https://perishablepress.com/contact/
    .
    .
    .

So you can tell the location where the form was submitted.

Jeff, for whatever reason the emails I get don’t have the ‘Referrer’ field, only ‘Domain’ – even though ‘Extra email info’ checkbox in Settings is on. I’m running 2.6.1 version

Not every request has a referrer defined. And for undefined values (like referrer), the extra email info line simply is excluded. So for example, if you visit the contact page directly, no referrer infos will be available. To include referrer information, follow a link to the contact page.

Just to follow up with this, the next version of CFX (2.7) includes the form URL along with other email metadata. Thanks again for the feedback, @agolovachev.
