URL Not working on Thumbnail

  • When adding content to the collection, the Update Item or Insert Item method doesn’t work when a URL is added to the thumbnail url field. It throws a 403.

    I’ve found this is mostly due to the default mod_security rules on host gator.

    Could the URL in the GET request be modified to be transmitted as a base64 encoded entity instead of a URL to avoid having to work with the hosting company and hope they’re willing to modify the modify_security rules.

    I’m not really sure how to do that. I tried to change the form action to POST, but that does not work (I am not sure why).
