    Dear Support Team,

I’ve encountered an issue with Filter Everything plugin. Specifically, I am receiving the following error message: “Prefix ?product? is not allowed because such a term already exists. Please, use another prefix.”

However, after thorough review, I cannot identify any instance where the term “Product” is being used, neither within the plugin nor on any page of our website. This error persists despite my efforts to rectify it, and I’m uncertain about the cause.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Warm regards,

    Hi @chrissypeng

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

You need to deactivate the plugin and fully delete it from the site. And then install the new version of the plugin, it seems like you have some prefix conflict that might be saved in the database.

    Best Regards – Victor
