URL Links not showing (not even the cell)

    When I click on the ‘Insert Link’ button in TablePress edit screen and select a cell, the standard WordPress box appears ‘Insert/edit Link.’ I paste the URL in and press the Add Link button and the html code is added to the cell. But when I view the table the cell is missing.

    What am I doing wrong please?

    but where are you viewing the web site then? Or is it a private site?

    Yes, a video could also help, but having the address of the page where the table is shown would be easier for both of us.

    Hi,

    thanks for the video. That does indeed help.

    The reason why you are not seeing anything simply is that you have not entered a link text. Right after typing/pasting/selecting the link URL, you must either enter the desired link text into the text field below the URL field. Alternatively, you can add the link text after clicking “Insert Link”, by adding it directly before the </a> HTML tag in the generated link HTML code.
