URL / LINK Issues

I am using Social count with the VideoTube Theme. Everything looks great but when I click the icons it adds my homepage to the Link.
Example: https://www.Sitename.com/www.facebook.com/pagenameI went through my plugins and don’t see anything that would conflict with this plugin..
Any help would be appreciated.
