This is our personal family vacation home and you will find a fully furnished home, well equipped kitchen, and many conveniences to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

We will be using the information you provided to booking.com to complete your reservation.

2. As indicated in our listing, we will collect payment for your reservation in two installments. The first half of your total rental amount will be charged as soon as I receive the completed Rental Agreement. The balance will be charged 14 days before your arrival. Both amounts will be charged to the credit card you have on file on booking.com.

3. At check-in, a $200.00 security deposit “hold” will be placed on your credit card account to cover your security deposit. The “hold” will be released after housekeeping has completed its cleaning and inspection process on your departure day.

Finally, I’ll be providing some information for you to use in preparing for your trip. It contains a more detailed review of what is provided inside the villa, and some information about XXXX Resort and our area of XXXXXXXXXXXX
