URL is incorrect

My URL is showing incorrectly. When you login to the site link below, the URL shows the correct address, but then by clicking on any of the menu links, it show my root and the folder. When I tried to change the site URL and web address in the settings, the site could not be found and it took me hours to get it back online. What is the correct way to make sure that the site is coming from the correct URL? This is messing with my search results as well by placing my companies name (ad agency) on the same title line as my client.
