URL in tooltip content

    Hi,

    I’m implementing the PRO version of your plugin on a website.
    For testing purpose, I have put a url link in the tooltip content.
    When the tooltip opens, the link is not showing, but if I go to the CPT page, it is there.

    As example, if you go to that page:
    https://wpmanstage.com/jfval/ouverture/
    And you go over the word “evertitur”, you won’t see any link.

    But if you go to:
    https://wpmanstage.com/jfval/notes/evertitur/
    You will see that there is a link inside it.

    Is that supposed to be like that ? Is there a way to have the link appear in the tooltip ?

  • Hi WPman,
    as PRO user you have the support ticket system but anyway let’s address that problem there.

    As I can understand you have two pages, one has the tooltips with a link inside the tooltip and inside the article too.
    In the other one there is only the link without tooltips.

    Looking at the html code they are 2 different post type, did you configured the plugin to act on both?

    For the question about the link appear to the tooltip what do you mean? About show the link that you configured as text inside the tooltip?

    Hi Daniele,

    I’d like to send you an image for easier explanation, but I can’t find the PRO support. When I’m in my WP admin -> Glossary -> Support, it brings me to that support forum.

    Could you please provide me the link to a support ticket, I can’t find it anywhere !

    Are you sure that you switched to the premium version?
    You have to download a new plugin that is the pro version in case the switch didn’t happened automatically.

    Anyway for the issues on accessing to the premium ticket system you can reach me on [email protected]

    About the problem of the ticket can you give to me better info about the problem?
    Just to be sure that is a bug or something wrong in the settings.
