URL in /readme.txt flagged as Malware URL

Hi,

This just popped up into my Wordfence alerts:

Critical Problems:

* File contains suspected malware URL: /home/theaizzi/public_html/production/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/readme.txt

Looks like perhaps the URL has been compromised, and should be removed to prevent future false positive results?
