Url getting changed

i am getting my site url changed automatically,

 WordPress address (site url) set to "https://wp.shubhamjewel.com/"
Setting changed

WordPress address (site url) set to "https://blog.alkemyteam.shubhamjewel.com/"
Setting changed

WordPress address (site url) set to "https://mail.shubhamjewel.com/"
Setting changed

 jetpack installed, with jetpack has been placed into Safe mode because we noticed this is an exact copy of wp.shubhamjewel.com.
