url gets encode and then not recognized

When i add a url like this
[ redundant link removed ]
in ‘redirection’ then this url is encoded tohttps://www.spotview.nl/tv-reclame.php%3Freclameid%3D1444%26merk%3D%26subtitel%3D
but that encoded url does give a 404 instead of correctly redirecting to:
https://www.spotview.nl/reclames/tv-reclame-wehkamp-50-korting-op-zomermode/The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
