    Hi, can I use an URL to the audio file from an external location?

    Like the RSS feed from my podcast?

    Hi,

    You can use external URLs as long as they are pointing to a media file. The RSS feed will not work, but you can use URL to exact media file instead of self hosted audio files.

    Hi, thanks for your quick answer. What do you mean by exact media file url? Will this work with a youtube/spotify/soundcloud link?

    You need an URL that points to a media file that can be played in the browser. Something like: https:// domain name / path to media file / media file name .mp3
