    Hello fellow community,

I’m a volunteer in a student organization and we are currently building our website on www.remarpro.com 4.1.1 on our own physical service.

The physical server is located on our school’s premises and it is connected to the internet through our school’s network. The ISP our school is using has provided us a static public IP and it is forwarded to our server through the school’s network. So this means that I currently access and build our website using the public IP given to me.

    My problem is the following:
Our school’s website is hosted on the same ISP’s virtual machine and the ISP has forwarded URL school.com/organization to our public IP. They said that I should modify the htaccess file to make this work, but how? And are there any other changes I need to do?

Other info that might be useful in our situation: I’m using permalinks style https://PUBLICIP/sample-post/ and our server is running apache.

I can also provide the censored IPs and URLs, if the problem can not be worked out on theoretical basis.

As we are a non-profit organization, any help is much appreciated!

    Sincerely,
    Paavo
