URL Format Template Won’t Allow Separators

    Hi – I bought a Pro License last night and working on my first test runs.

    PROBLEM: Can’t add separators automatically or manually between short codes. I’ve tried multiple ways of doing with no luck. The default separator doesn’t work at all.

    Please advise.
