First of all, you should migrate from WP-Table Reloaded to TablePress, see https://tobias.baethge.com/2013/01/tablepress-replaces-wp-table-reloaded/

Then, this could be achieved with the TablePress Filtering Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/row-filter/ and a second Extension: https://tablepress.org/extensions/shortcode-filter-get-parameter/
