URL for Hosted Video

Hi,

I am using LCN hosting, and have the Sydney Pro theme. I am trying to add a video to the header and have the required MP4 webm and ogv files. I upload them using FTP, but I don’t know how to get a non-FTP url which I think the theme needs in order to play them in the header.

Any help greatly appreciated.
