URL for a wordpress XML file

  • Hi
    I have a wordpress news page as part of my website and would like the most recent stories to appear on the homepage, which doesnt use wordpress.

    in order to do this i need the URL for the XML file that is created by wordpress to hold all the news data…does anyone have idea where it is, or if it even exists?

    or if not, do you have any other ideas about how to display the recent posts from a blog on a non-wordpress page?

  • Does your theme have an RSS link? If so click it and then copy the URL from the address bar, that is your RSS News Feed XML URL.
