    I’m very sorry for the trouble, would you mind going to our support form and clicking on ‘Basic Question’ so I can help you further debug this issue? It sounds very much like a plugin or theme conflict.

    Have you already tried the debugging steps by temporarily deactivating all the other plugins and the theme?
