    Hello
    I just installed your plugin and I would like to recover the URL of the page from which a form is sent. I did check URL via the accessible parameters however it does not appear in the summary table

    For getting URL information of a Lead, you just need to click the Little Arrow on the Left Side of the table and you will be able to see all the information of a Lead.
