URL error when uploading photos onto wordpress

  • Please can you help me. I have just had a brand new web site created (https://strategicplanningforgrowth.co.uk/) and the web company managed to upload the photos with no problem.

    Yet when I try to upload large photos (anything above 1000 x, which I’m buying from istock) they seem to load fine but every single time, at the very end, I receive a message stating “URL error” or “HTTP error.

    I am uploading them directly from my pc (Windows 10). I have also tried from my Mac but get the same problem. I also asked my assistant who also used a MAC – same problem.
