URL error 7: Failed to connect to api.h5p.org port 443

  • Hello, we use wordpress Version 5.8.6 for our h5p plug-in. We have recently a problem with an update of several contents:

    Failed to download the requested H5P.
    cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.h5p.org port 443 after 0 ms: Connection refusedHilfe

    Can you give us a tipp, what could be a reason for the problem?

    Hi, it looks like your server might be blocking outgoing traffic to other sites. Do you have access to the terminal to try and ping e.g. h5p.org ?
