    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Improved CSS Loading?– An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
    • Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

As you said, I tried disabling all plugins except Elementor and it didn’t work.

Enhanced CSS Loading and Inline Font Icons features were already turned off.

I tried it with the default WP theme but again the result did not change.

What is the result when you check?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that your anchor links in the format siteadi.com/#page-name are not appearing as expected in the URL when you click on the relevant section. This can happen for a few different reasons. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:1. Check Your Theme and Plugins:

    • Theme Compatibility: Ensure that the Hello theme is updated to the latest version. Sometimes theme updates can affect how links and scripts are handled.
    • Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all plugins temporarily, except Elementor, and see if the issue persists. If the anchor links start working, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflict.

    2. Review the Anchor Link Setup:

    • Correct Setup: Double-check that the anchor links are correctly set up. Ensure that you have correctly assigned the ID to the sections and that the links are correctly pointing to #page-name.
    • Elementor Settings: If you’re using Elementor, make sure you’ve properly configured the anchor ID in the “Anchor” widget or through the CSS ID field in the Advanced tab of the section or widget settings.

    3. Browser Caching:

    • Clear Cache: Sometimes, browser cache can cause issues. Clear your browser cache or try accessing your site in an incognito window or a different browser.

    4. JavaScript Issues:

    • Console Errors: Check if there are any JavaScript errors in the console (right-click on the page > Inspect > Console tab) that might be affecting the functionality. If you see any errors, they may provide clues as to what is causing the issue.

    5. Local Environment Settings:

    • Local Environment: Since you’re working on a local environment, sometimes local server configurations can affect how URLs are handled. Make sure your local environment is configured correctly and consider testing the site on a staging server to see if the issue persists.

    6. Additional Troubleshooting:

    • Browser Extensions: Try disabling any browser extensions that might interfere with how URLs are displayed.
    • Custom Code: If you’ve added any custom code to your site, try removing it temporarily to see if it affects the behavior of your anchor links.

If after trying these steps the issue still persists, please let us know, and we can look into it further.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Hello theme and elementor are all up to date. We also tried on different themes. I tried by disabling all plugins, but again the result is the same. I can’t see the text ‘https://test-wordpress.local/#bolum1’ in the url section. ‘https://test-wordpress.local/’ all links are like this. But there is no problem on normal pages. For example; https://test-wordpress.local/about there is no problem with this structure.

There is no problem with Anchor Link Setup.

The link ID is configured correctly in the CSS ID field.

We have the same problem both locally and on the domain. There was no such situation, we get such an error after the latest updates.

We still can’t figure out what the problem is, we are waiting for help from you.

    Good work.

    Hi @fikribatur,

I’ve reviewed the page URL you provided and was able to replicate the issue. After further inspection, I noticed that https://smiledentalistanbul.com/ is using the Pro version of Elementor.

Since you’re an Elementor Pro user, I recommend opening a support ticket at my.elementor.com. You can find the steps to submit a ticket here: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/.

Additionally, you might find it helpful to join the Elementor Community Group on Facebook, where you can connect with other Elementor users and share insights.
