URL displaying instead of Page Name

For some reason the URL now displays in the browser tab for every page on my site.
This happened after installing the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.Can someone please advise how to get my custom page titles appearing again?

You have an extra
<script>tag that’s breaking things.
Does disabling your cache plugin fix it?
