Currently, it should be set to redirect to the cart page. I also tried to the homepage and shop page to see if it makes a difference but the results are the same.

Interesting, now it appears to work without any changes. Is there some delay in the redirect? Also, if I set the redirect to the homepage, does the coupon follow the visitor throughout the shopping experience, even when initially the shopping cart is empty?

Also, if I add a condition requiring two items to be in the shopping cart, do the answers for the above remain the same?

    Hi @teaneedz,

    Thanks for contacting us!

I’m glad to hear that the redirect is working as expected. There might be a caching on your site that’s why it doesn’t redirect immediately.

If you don’t have a Cart Condition enabled, the URL Coupon should apply the coupon to the cart even when it is redirected to your homepage while the cart is empty. Then adding a product to the cart should enable the user to view the applied coupon in the cart page.

I’m afraid that adding a Cart Condition setting won’t allow the URL Coupon to apply the coupon unless the condition is met first. For something like this, we recommend using our One-Click Apply Notification feature or Auto-Apply feature from our Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce Premium.

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards,

Just jumping on this, but I am having the same issue – the URL coupon just goes to a “this page does not seem to exist” page. The coupon does not apply, I get no success message, and it does not follow the redirect.

    I do not have caching.

    Any ideas?

Hey @gizmo2501 just a heads up, it’s always best to always open a new thread as the forum mods have a habit of closing down threads with multiple people/issues and then we won’t be able to respond to you.

Re the issue, can you try flushing your permalinks? Goto Settings->Permalinks and hit save.
