URL Changes with Title Change?

    Hi! I am using this plugin to update an old post. I want to tweak the title of the post. When I change the H1 title, will it change the slug and therefore original URL as well?

    I was hoping to keep the same URL in order to avoid problems with Google, but not sure if this is possible. Thanks for any advice!

  • Hi @borrowedbites,

    Changing the post title would affect the slug for new cloned posts. However, if you’re using the Rewrite & Republish feature, the slug of the original post will stay the same when you republish.
